  • What are your business hours?

    You can shop 24/7 online but we process orders during normal business hours which are:

    Tuesday - Friday 

    10:00 am - 5:00 pm 

  • Are your jewels real?

    Yes, all our gold items are 10k, 14k, or 18k available in white, rose, and yellow gold. 


    Please read product descriptions for details of each item. If gold plated the description will state it.


    All the stones set in our gold jewelry are real and natural diamonds or gemstones not enhanced in any way. 


    Our silver jewelry is .925 sterling silver. The stones set in our silver jewelry are quality cubic zirconia. Silver jewelry is rhodium plated to prevent tarnishing.

  • Where are your chains made?

    Most of our chains are made in Italy. 



  • How are your diamonds graded?

    Diamond grading is an independent third-party opinion regarding the quality of a diamond. While such reports are based upon quantifiable standards, a certain level of subjectivity is always inherent in the diamond grading process. 


    Moreover, the standards that the various diamond laboratories use are not uniform. 


    Accordingly, O'Bey Your Style will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or expense or any consequential incidental, direct, or indirect damages resulting from reliance upon a diamond grading as specified.



  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Absolutely, any order of $100 or more will receive free shipping no code is needed; for domestic shipping only.



  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit/debit cards, checks, and wire transfers.

  • When I enter my payment information is it secure?

    At O'Bey Your Style Fine Jewelry, complete security for customer transactions is our primary concern. All information provided by you is securely transmitted to us using via a 128-Bit SSL security, the standard method accepted industry-wide for your payment. Your information is 100% secure and confidential.



  • What is your return policy?

    We have a 10-day return policy to assist our customers with diamond, gold, and silver pieces only. We currently do not charge any restocking fee but if any customer has excessive returns we have the right to charge up to a 30% restocking fee. 


    All returns must be in the same condition as shipped. Returned merchandise must be in new, saleable condition with the original packaging. Rings must have tags still attached (If applicable). Returns are processed within 3-5 days after we receive a return.


    Please contact us via email to request a return authorization before sending back packages. 

  • When will my order ship?

    Orders received by 2:00 pm CST usually ships in 3-7 business days. We sometimes delay shipping an order for 1-2 business days if we are expecting new inventory to arrive. 



  • Do you have any shops overseas?

    No, but we do offer international shipping.
